What happens when I add a 4th employee?
When you grow past 3 employees, you move to the Starter plan at S$9.90/month (up to 10 employees). The upgrade is automatic and you keep all your data, employee records, and payroll history.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card, no payment method, and no commitment. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I file CPF and IR8A for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes CPF eZpay file generation and IR8A/IR21 preparation. You can prepare and download the statutory files you need for submission. Direct CPF APEX API submission and IRAS AIS API integration are available on paid plans.
