We bundle the AI co-pilot into the tier price. No metered token bill at the end of the month. Each tier has a per-organization rate limit so a single user can't blow through the AI budget — if you hit it, we'll tell you, and the underlying payroll still works without AI assistance. Spreadsheet-style.
Common questions.
What happens when I exceed my tier's employee cap?+
We charge a soft overage of S$1 per extra employee per month (Starter, Pro, Business). You'll also get a prompt to upgrade — usually the next tier up works out cheaper once you're 5–10 employees over the cap. Nothing breaks.
Is the trial really 30 days with no card?+
Yes. Start on any paid tier with no payment method on file. At day 30 you choose a tier and add a card — or drop to Free if you have 3 or fewer employees. No data is deleted just because you didn't pay.
Can I import from another payroll system?+
Yes — we accept CSV imports for employees and YTD figures. For year-mid switches we can recreate the year so IR8A still adds up at year-end. Closed-beta partners get hands-on migration support.
Do you actually file CPF and IRAS for me?+
We generate the exact eZpay CSV the CPF Board portal expects, and the IRAS AIS file for IR8A / Appendix 8A / IR21. Direct auto-submission to IRAS is coming soon (final IRAS integration in progress) — today you download the IRAS AIS file and upload it yourself, the same as the CPF eZpay file.
What about Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines or Thailand?+
Right now AimmPayroll Asia runs payroll for Singapore only — that's the focus of our closed beta. Other Asian markets are on the roadmap but not yet production-ready, so we don't run live payroll for them today.
