Early-stage startups (1-3 employees). The free tier covers full CPF, SDL, and SHG calculation, compliant payslips, and IR8A/IR21 file generation at S$0, with no credit card and no time limit. For a three-person startup or a family-run shop, this means full statutory compliance with nothing to lose by trying.
Growing SMEs (4-10 employees). The Starter tier (S$9.90/month) extends the free tier with GIRO bank files, so the whole team can be paid in a single bank upload.
Established SMEs (11-50 employees). The Growth tier (S$29/month) adds leave management, the AI co-pilot, and audit trail — the features that matter once multiple people touch payroll and edge cases multiply.
Mid-sized companies (51-200 employees). The Business tier (S$69/month) adds multi-entity support, for companies running payroll across more than one Singapore entity.

Most Singapore payroll vendors — Talenox, Payboy, QuickHR, JustLogin, SimplePay — charge S$2-5 per employee per month, so a growing team sees its bill rise with every hire. Singapore-first, not a global HR platform adapted for Singapore. AIMM was built for Singapore statutory requirements from the ground up. Global HR platforms that support 50 countries often treat Singapore compliance as a localisation layer, which can lag when CPF rates, SHG funds, IRAS formats, or MOM payslip rules change. AI co-pilot. AIMM includes an AI co-pilot for pay-run setup, anomaly detection, and compliance Q&A. A payroll AI co-pilot of this kind is not offered by Talenox, QuickHR, JustLogin, or Singroll. Limitations (stated honestly). AIMM is not yet IRAS AIS Category A certified — certification is in progress. AIMM generates IR8A and IR21 files in the correct format for submission via the IRAS AIS portal, but does not yet submit directly to IRAS via API. PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant) pre-approval is in progress. A mobile app is planned. The multi-client accountant dashboard is in development. CPF APEX API is not available — AIMM supports eZpay file generation for CPF submission instead.
Accounting integrations. AIMM integrates with both Xero and QuickBooks Online, syncing payroll journals to the general ledger.
